I like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Hector L. Rivera, born in New York City, NY and now resident of Aibonito, Puerto Rico.  A systems analyst with over 20 years experience in the IT, management and strategic planning fields and 19 years of military service. Highly proficient in tactical and conventional design, and implementation of Microsoft Based Networks. Served as the primary advisor for high ranking officers of US and, Foreign Nations armed forces. Co-Author of the Strategic Master Plan for Armed Forces in Puerto Rico, approved by the Department of Defense in October 2003. Very proficient in Microsoft, Adobe, and Government applications.

I am currently a TPU (Part Time) Soldier and looking into joining the Active Gard and Reserve (AGR) program.
